After 3 busy days guiding it's a few days off to relax and catch a few myself.

Alan and around twenty of his mates from Essex have joined me on the Severn for their annual visit

On the Severn with Ginger and Andy fishing is slow but we have all had
a few barbel. Who cares weather is grand and the company ain't bad
either

Up at the Sandringham game and country show no sign of the Queen thou

Trent fished hard for barbel over the last couple of days I did manage 3 also had 12 very big bream with a few well over 6lb

Highlight of the trip was an Osprey that visited us a few times in search of a tasty fish supper
